AcTime
Community telecenters sell computer and Internet access time. It is thus necessary to account for the time spent by each user in each computer in order to provide a bill to the user.
We propose the creation of ACTIME, a distributed software application to control individual computers by a manager node, allowing the manager to provide password protected access to users, account for the time used in the computer and provide a final bill.

Digital Expansion
Digital Expansion stands for the process of expanding the access to digital technologies, such as the Internet, to everyone in world. Others call it Digital Inclusion, to represetn the process of including those who are not currently participating in the digital revolution. This topic is reserved for discussions about Digital Expansion: How far are we from reaching out to everyone? What does it take to do it? How long will it take? What is the level and quality of participation? Who isn't aware and who isn't participating?
